The polymer data is divided into three levels for optimal material selection: The master level contains basis polymers and blends with parametric data tables, allowing you to model properties as a function of fillers or filler amount. The second level obtains engineering materials with specific manufacturer processes or compositions. The supplier level includes concrete data sheets of suppliers. In addition to mechanical and physical properties, the database contains regulations for testing, nomenclature, environmental claims, VDA classification (VDA 231-200), and compliance information including access to ECHA and GADSL candidate lists.
