Mechanical-technological properties of weldable fine-grained structural steels, normalised or normalising rolled, in larger product thicknesses up to 250 mm, Part 2: Fine-grained structural steels according to DIN EN 10028-3 for pressure vessel construction pressure vessel construction - steel grade P460 Issue: 01/05/2011 This Stahl-Eisen-Werkstoffblatt (SEW) is to be considered as a completion of DIN EN 100283. It specifies the mechanical properties of flat products in greater thicknesses up to 250 mm. DIN EN 10028-3 applies to grades P275 and P355 in thicknesses ≤ 250 mm. For grade P460 the standard is applicable also for products up to 250mm, but for thicknesses > 100 mm the requirements with regard to the mechanical properties of such products are subject to agreement as is stated in the relevant tables. Because in the case of enquiry and order individual agreements may be inconvenient, corresponding properties for grade P460 in thicknesses up to 250 mm are specified in this Stahl-Eisen-Werkstoffblatt. Products ordered with reference to this Stahl-Eisen-Werkstoffblatt have to meet the mechanical properties specified in this sheet as well as all the requirements set down in EN DIN 10028-3, e. g. the requirements concerning steel grades and testing.

Mechanical-technological properties of weldable fine-grained structural steels, normalised or normalising rolled, in larger product thicknesses up to 250 mm, Part 1: Fine-grained structural steels according to DIN EN 10025-3 for structural steelwork - Steel grade S460 Steel grade S460 Issue: 01/05/2011 This Stahl-Eisen-Werkstoffblatt (SEW) is to be considered as a completion of DIN EN 10025-3. It specifies the mechanical properties of flat and long products in greater thicknesses up to 250 mm. DIN EN 10025-3 applies to grades S275, S355 and S420 in thicknesses ≤ 250 mm, to grade S460 in thicknesses ≤ 200 mm. Because in the case of enquiry and order individual agreements may be inconvenient, corresponding properties for Grade S460 in thicknesses up to 250 mm are specified in this Stahl-Eisen-Werkstoffblatt. Products ordered with reference to this Stahl-Eisen-Werkstoffblatt have to meet the mechanical properties specified in this sheet as well as all the requirements set down in DIN EN 10025-3, e. g. the requirements concerning steel grades and testing.
